For the past 15 years, Miguel has been an integral part of the Camion Freightliner Mont-Laurier team. As our Warranty Administrator and Continuous Improvement Coordinator, he plays a key role in managing all warranty-related matters across the company.
Miguel also successfully led the project that earned us our Elite Support certification a year ago. Since then, he has continued working diligently every day to maintain that certification and ensure we meet the associated performance standards. His organizational skills, dedication to quality work, and valuable ideas for improvement are greatly appreciated by everyone on the team. 🙌
